  • Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges whatever they may be. Together, we'll work towards understanding your concerns, developing coping strategies, and fostering personal growth.

  • If you're seeking support, guidance, and a safe space to address challenges, therapy could be beneficial. It's okay to explore and see if it's a good fit for you.

  • This is a great question! Most benefits do cover therapy with a Master of Social Work . Unfortunately, at this time I do not offer direct billing and encourage you to check with your insurance provider prior to starting sessions.

  • Yes! My in person office is location at 101A Mary St. in Downtown Whitby, ON. I am also offering Ontario wide virtual sessions.

  • I like to explain finding a therapist like dating! Not every therapist will be for you and not every client will be for me. This is why I offer a free 15 minute consultation where we can briefly discuss what you are seeking therapy for and if I can help.

  • This is different for all individuals. Some clients like to set goals, reach them and then terminate therapy. Some clients have made it a part of their self care and attend regularly or when needed. This is totally up to you.

  • I am available Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturdays from 11:00am - 3:00pm

  • I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a fee.
