Why Choose Me? Because You Deserve To Feel Better

I've poured my heart into supporting those who are feeling swamped, a bit lost, or just can't seem to catch a break. Whether it's tackling the stress of life, feeling like you’re not 'enough,' or making sense of the unique challenges of being a first-generation child of immigrants, I'm here to support you.

My toolkit is stocked with techniques from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and more, all aimed at supporting you through anxiety, depression, challenging transitions, and everything in between.

This is where you can just let it all out, your thoughts and feelings, all in the open, with no judgment. A cozy corner where you will find empathy, a warm vibe, and a real belief in your strength to grow and heal.

Together, we'll dig up the joy and freedom you've been looking for, like finally getting that 'aha' moment with someone you care about, knocking down those work hurdles, or just finding a slice of peace amid the madness.

Insurance & Fees

Dealing with insurance is no one's favorite pastime, but don't worry, I'm here to help. While direct billing isn't on my menu, it's common for benefits to cover therapy sessions with someone who has a Master of Social Work, like myself.

I recommend checking with your insurance. Investing in your mental health is one of the best decisions you can make, and together, we'll make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

Insurance Tips

Start with a simple call to your insurance company and discuss the following:

  • Ask if there is coverage for a Master of Social Work or a Registered Social Worker to see if you can get reimbursement for your sessions with me.

  • Then, it's time to talk deductibles – basically, what's coming out of your pocket before insurance steps in.

  • Also, figure out if they need a thumbs up from them or your primary care before we start.

  • Dive into the details about payment for sessions and what they will cover.

  • And don't forget to ask if there's any extra info they need from me, you will be provided with an invoice after every session.
